Get ready to skank and sway to the best Ska & Reggae beats at Thornborough’s biggest party of the summer! Our Ska & Reggae Weekender is bringing two days of feel-good music, delicious Caribbean food, and festival vibes to South Birmingham’s largest outdoor event field.

🎵 Dave Largie (John Holt Tribute) – Bringing you the golden sounds of reggae to start your weekend right.
🎤 Ska solo performances to set the tone for an amazing weekend!
🔥 Saturday – The Ultimate Ska & Reggae Showdown!
🎷 The Moochers (7 pm) – A high-energy Ska band bringing you big brass, big beats, and big vibes.
🎶 AfroBians (2 pm – 3:30 pm) – A powerhouse reggae duo straight out of Birmingham, blending classic reggae with Afro-Caribbean soul.
🎧 All-day DJ sessions spinning the very best of ska, reggae, and dub to keep the festival groove going.

We’re turning up the heat with the best festival food around!

It's easy to find us
Thornborough Event Field is conveniently located at Redhill Road, Birmingham B38 9EH (Redhill Car Boot field, next to the Donkey Sanctuary). Nestled in a picturesque rural setting yet just a stone’s throw from Birmingham city, our location combines the best of both worlds.
By Car: We’re easily accessible by car. If you’re using a satnav, simply enter our postcode, B38 9EH, and it will lead you straight to us. There’s ample parking available on-site.
By Public Transport: If you’re travelling by train, the nearest station is Kings Norton, which is a short taxi ride away from Thornborough Event Field. Several bus routes also serve the area.
By Bike or On Foot: If you live locally and prefer to cycle or walk, there are several safe and scenic routes to reach us.
Once you arrive, you’ll see signs directing you to the event entrance, parking areas, and facilities. Our friendly team will also be on hand to help guide you.
