Birmingham International Ska & Reggae Festival 2024

The Birmingham International Ska & Reggae Festival took place at Thornborough as a multi-day celebration of ska and reggae music, bringing together a large international line-up across an extended weekend.
Hosted at the Thornborough venue and organised by external promoters, the festival featured performances from established artists, tribute acts, and emerging performers, covering classic ska, reggae, rocksteady, and roots sounds. With music running across multiple days, the event attracted dedicated genre fans and festival-goers from across the region.
The scale of the line-up and length of the programme marked it out as one of the larger specialist music events hosted at the venue during the 2024 season.

Thornborough Event Field is located on Redhill Road, Birmingham B38 9EH (the Redhill Car Boot field, next to the Donkey Sanctuary).
By Car:
Thornborough is easily accessible by car. If you’re using a sat nav, enter B38 9EH and it will take you directly to the venue. On-site parking is available for event attendees.
By Public Transport:
The nearest train station is Kings Norton, which is a short taxi ride from the venue. Several local bus routes also serve the area.
On Arrival:
Clear signage will direct you to the event entrance, parking areas, and facilities. Event staff will be on site to help where needed.
