Refund & Returns Policy

This page explains our approach to refunds if an event can’t go ahead or plans need to change.

We understand that plans can change, especially with outdoor events. Our approach is simple: we aim to be fair, while being clear about what we can and can’t control.

Ticket refunds

Tickets are non-refundable by default once purchased. This helps us plan events properly and keep ticket prices fair.

Event cancellation

If an event is cancelled by Thornborough Events, ticket holders will be contacted as soon as possible.

In this situation, refunds will normally be issued, unless otherwise stated for a specific event.

Weather and outdoor events

Our events take place outdoors and go ahead in most weather conditions.

Refunds due to weather are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances and the impact on the event.

Event changes

If there is a significant change to an event — such as the date, venue, or headline content — we’ll inform ticket holders promptly.

Any decision to offer refunds in these cases is at the discretion of Thornborough Events.

Exceptional circumstances

In rare cases, we may consider a refund where exceptional circumstances apply. These are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.
